Anyway cut a long story short the service was average and felt more like a reluctance, it was already disappointing from the get go and didn't really recover for me. In addition to this is it right to take peoples money and not provide a complete service if you can't perform correctly due to a back issue. Why not take some time out and get better wanting to ensure your customers get the best. It's not like we are getting it free or at a discounted price to accept a sub standard service, if we are being charged full price the establishment should want to provide their customers the best service and not a case of let him get here and then we'll deal with it. I would have happily chose someone else or came another day. This was my experience hope yours is better.
